Comprehensive Team Collaboration: Skilled in cross-department, frontend-backend, and QA coordination; experienced in requirement reviews, code reviews, and version iteration workflows; able to align business requirements across hospital departments, frontend, and QA teams while establishing unified development standards to reduce communication and maintenance overhead;
