I. Hospital HRP Resource Management System (.NET Backend)

1. Data Mining & Reporting Module: Collaborated with finance, general affairs, and medical departments to align requirements; performed deep SQL optimization (index creation, complex subquery decomposition) on billions of records, improving query performance by 10x and resolving page lag issues;
2. Hospital-wide Online Approval Workflow: Conducted cross-department requirement analysis and produced standardized documentation; co-designed database table structures, relationships, and constraints; iterated features following .NET development standards while balancing long-term stability and rapid business expansion.

II. Inpatient Nursing Web System (.NET Backend)
